We would like to propose a partnership with you in helping to raise funds through a Beaded Fundraiser!
We understand that fundraising activities such as this make vital contributions to various organisations. So we would like to offer you the opportunity to run a fundraiser with us. Our aim is to offer you something new and exciting to present as a fundraiser, which provides you with an option that avoids promoting unhealthy eating, and with your organisation receiving 20% of the sales made through the fundraiser. This is payable to you by cheque (AUD) so that you may use the proceeds where needed.
PLUS , as an EXTRA BONUS, and to coincide with the launch of our brand new website, any fundraisers held in 2007 will receive an extra 10% (excluding freight) of any sales made through our website for 2 calender months following the close of your fundraiser. Any person placing an order with us just needs to enter, when placing their order, the full name of your organisation, and 10% of the product sales will be added to your proceeds.
Our Fundraising Items page allows you to view the items we have chosen specifically for fundraisers. Upon request we will also provide you with a sample piece to be passed around in whatever manner you see most beneficial to your fundraising efforts.
All you have to do is fill out the Fundraising Application Form and we will provide you with the order form, accompanied by a cover letter, to be distributed. We can do this either through email or via Australia Post. We also provide you with a tally sheet so that once the fundraiser orders have been collected you will be able to make note of the details, along with the amounts collected, and then submit it to us.
Your fundraiser may be run at anytime, however we do advise that you notify us of your intention to participate as soon as possible to ensure you receive the time line that you request.
