Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase
and the expiry date cannot be extended.
Gift Vouchers can only be redeemed for purchases made with White Lily Jewellery Design.
Gift Vouchers are not redeemable for cash.
Gift Vouchers are not redeemable for other Gift Vouchers.
If you misplace your Gift Voucher please contact us either via our

whitelilyjewel@yahoo.com.au as soon as possible
so that you may be able to redeem your Gift Voucher with sufficient identification.
Gift Vouchers do not have to be redeemed all at once. The Gift Voucher is partially redeemable and may be used for multiple purchases. However, any unused portion will retain the original expiry date and will not be refunded or credited on expiry.
Gift Voucher amounts may not be increased at any time, but additional Gift Vouchers
can be purchased and multiple Gift Vouchers can be used at one time. |
